Aaron Polsky is an innovator, award-winning bartender, influencer, musician, and entrepreneur. He is renowned for his creative cocktail programs that demonstrate a reverence for the classics while showing an affinity for the modern.

He began his hospitality career in New York City, working for Thomas Keller at Bouchon Bakery and as a host at the acclaimed Milk & Honey. He then went on to work at White Star, where he began to train behind the bar with renowned barman and mentor, Sasha Petraske.
